  • East Malaysia takes additional 1 week to deliver.
  • East Malaysia deliver fee: RM9.90 (After RM6 Subsidy)
  • Customers who purchased non ready stock items between 1st - 22nd February 2026 may experience delivery delays due to Lunar New Year holidays. Estimated delivery date should be around 2nd - 10th March 2026, please double check with us if you need the items urgently.
  • If one of the items in your order is "Imported Item", the entire order will be shipped within 5 - 9 working days. For separate delivery, please DM us on instagram.
  • For urgent orders, please contact our customer service before placing order, so we can take note or make special arrangement, to minimize the possibility of unforeseen accidents or delay.
  • If you need the items delivered before a specific date, kindly double confirm with our customer service.
  • All orders will be fulfilled by 3rd party courier services (DHL eCommerce, NinjaVan or J&T Express). 
  • For Imported (Express) delivery, tracking number and shipment update email will be sent out once the item arrived Malaysia and cleared from Malaysia Kastam.
  • We are not responsible for any delivery delay, UNLESS customers contacted/discussed with us before confirming order.
  • We have no control on how the courier service handle the parcels during their internal transportations, so there may be some minor damages on the product packaging. All orders will be wrapped with bubble wraps, but minor damage can still occur.
  • If you need the product packaging in 100% PERFECT CONDITION (for birthday present, wedding gift, door gift etc), please contact us before you place order, so we can take note.
  • We only cover 1 way delivery, any failed delivery returned to our warehouse will be locked, until customer contact us and pay for the 2nd delivery attempt.
