Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Any damages, mispacked order or defective items will be exchanged instead of being issued full refund.
Returns / Exchange
All return / exchange will only be processed once the return unit is delivered back to our warehouse and verified by our warehouse team.
All return items should be shipped out within 7 days, from the date customer notified us.
Refund
We have very strict refund policy, specifically for unique circumstances, and all refund requests are subject to our approvals. So, please do not expect "full refund" as a default solution for any issues. All refunds will be in store credit form due to accounting complications, with no exceptions.
Change of Mind Refund
We do not practice any "Change of Mind" refund for any scenarios.
