- If one of the items in your order is "Imported Item", the entire order will be shipped within 5 - 9 working days. For separate delivery, please DM us on instagram.
- For urgent orders, please contact our customer service before placing order, so we can take note or make special arrangement, to minimise the possibility of unforeseen accidents or delay.
- All orders will be fulfilled by 3rd party courier services (DHL eCommerce or J&T Express).
- We have no control on how the courier service handle the parcels during their internal transportations, so there may be some minor damages on the product packaging. All orders will be wrapped with bubble wraps, but some damage can still occur. If the damage is too severe, feel free to contact us and we will arrange a replacement unit for you (subject to approval).
- If you need the product packaging in 100% PERFECT CONDITION (for birthday present, wedding gift, door gift etc), please contact us before you place order, so we can take note, or at least adjust your expectation.
